If desiring to apply for membership, please go to the |Contact Us| tab and submit the contact form to make initial contact with one of our co-directors.  A time will then be scheduled to meet up with the co-directors to discuss the details and requirements of C.H.A.R.G.E..  New members that are approved by the governing board (after meeting) will be given access to the C.H.A.R.G.E. enrollment system (Enrollsy).  The Family Application and State of Faith documents below will need to be completed and signed prior to consideration by the governing board.  Please read through these documents prior to scheduling a meeting.  Also visit the |FAQ| tab to learn more about C.H.A.R.G.E., including when they meet and what the requirements are to join.

Family requirements to be aware of...

1. Must live in the greater Wisconsin Rapids area 

2. Children and one parent/guardian are required to attend Wednesday afternoon classes during school time (12:30 - 3:15)

3. Must adhere to code of conduct

4. Must understand fees involved and fundraising responsibilities (or purchase buyout).
